We're looking for a Process Engineer who enjoys solving difficult technical challenges and wants to play a meaningful role in developing next-generation industrial technologies.

Key Responsibilities
Process Development & Scale-Up
- Develop process design bases and engineering calculations
- Complete heat and mass balances
- Prepare and review PFDs and P&IDs
- Develop process concepts and scale-up strategies
- Support equipment sizing and specification
- Conduct process modeling and technical evaluations
- Define operating windows and process requirements
Testing, Pilot Plants & R&D
- Develop and execute experimental programs
- Support pilot plant operations and testing
- Analyze operating and experimental data
- Evaluate process performance and identify improvements
- Translate laboratory findings into scalable industrial designs
- Support development of new technology applications
Process Safety
- Participate in HAZOPs, process hazard reviews, and risk assessments
- Support safe design of thermal processing systems
- Evaluate combustible dust, off-gas, and high-temperature process hazards
- Develop operating procedures and commissioning plans
Industrial Deployment
- Participate in equipment commissioning and startup
- Support customer demonstrations and trials
- Work directly with fabricators, vendors, contractors, and customers
- Troubleshoot process issues during deployment and operation
Customer & Commercial Support
- Participate in technical customer discussions
- Help define technical scopes and development pathways
- Support technical proposals
- Translate customer challenges into practical process solutions

Required Qualifications
- Degree in Chemical Engineering, Process Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Engineering Physics, Materials Engineering, or related discipline
- Eligibility for EGBC registration as EIT or P.Eng., or ability to obtain registration
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
